Abstract
Metal droplet deposition behavior was numerically studied using ANSYS FLUENT software.The quality of the deposited metal droplet layer was greatly influenced by the tilt angle and the interfacial bonding between the droplets.The results show that,when the solid fraction of the top of the previous droplet fs<0.3,a fine interfacial bonding is formed without influencing by the temperature of the incoming droplet.While 0.3 <fs<0.7,the interfacial bonding line is discontinuous and lengthened with the increase of the temperature of the incoming droplet.As fs>0.7,the interfacial bonding line is continuous and not influenced by the incoming droplet temperature.The tilt angle of the deposition layer decreases approximate linearly with the increase of fs,and not affected obviously by the incoming droplet velocity.关键词
