Abstract
In the process of 3D direct writing,the process of wire feeding can directly affect the quality of the final product.Aimed at the problem of the unstable process in feeding wire,the stress of the metal wire in the nozzle was analyzed in the paper.The results show that decreasing the speed of wire feed,the length of nozzle heating area and the length of the contracted channel and increasing the diameter of the contracted channel can effectively reduce the resistance to metal wire in the nozzle.The results of the direct writing single track experiments show that the result is better when the total flow resistance is smaller.关键词
