摘要
Abstract
Based on small-batch and multiple-mold production characteristics of small and medium scale enterprises,different molds control strategies of tilting-type pouring were analyzed.The control strategies take the movement analysis as sub-ring,the test of mold liquid level as main-ring.With the use of PLC,the automatical pouring and the pouring control system were designed.The application practices show that the designed system can realize automatical continuous pouring of different molds,and better match the production efficiency of moulding line.关键词
