禾本科草坪草种子形态特征的变异与相关性
The correlations and variations of seed morphological characters in gramineous turfgrass

Abstract
The correlations and variations of seed morphological characters in 18 different genotypes of gramineous turf grass were studied.The results show that:the variation of seed morphological characters in gramineous turf grass was 1000-grain-volume (16.34％) ＞ 1000-grain-weight (13.33％) ＞ 1000-grain-surface-area (13.22％) ＞ grain length (9.76％) ＞ grain density (8.43％) ＞ grain width (7.81％)＞ grain thickness (6.74％).The seed morphology of gramineous could be divided into three categories with a significant difference between individual categories (P ＜ 0.05).The correlation analysis indicated that the correlation in other lawn grass seed morphological characteristics was significantly correlated (P ＜ 0.05) except for 1000-grain-weight and grain weight.The grain length,grain width,grain thickness,1000-grain-weight,1000-grain-surface-area were negatively correlated with the grain weight.Other seed morphology of gramineous turf grass was positively correlated.The grain length,grain width,grain thick,1000-grain-weight,1000-grain-surface-area all could reflect the characteristics of the seed.These results of morphological variations and morphological characteristics will provide a theory support for the resource description,variety improvement and establishment of a seed resource standard system of gramineous turf grass.关键词
