Abstract

Objective]The aim was to establish a method for rapid detection of erythromycin in samples.[Method] Based on the precipitation method to prepare the molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP), the effects of different dispersed phases on preparation and adsorption properties of MIP were investigated.The adsorption properties of the polymer was further evaluated by Scatchard model.The erythromycin MIP adsorption specific in its structural analogs as well as common antibiotics in actual food samples were explored and the spiked recovery experiments with milk and egg samples were conducted.[Result] The results showed that when the ratio of template molecule, functional monomer and cross linking agent was 1∶4∶20, the adsorption properties of MIP was the best and the imprinting factor could reach 3.45.The imprinted polymer which obtained by this method reached the adsorption equilibrium only need 5 h, and the maximum adsorption capacity could reach 56 μg/g, greatly reducing the polymer balanced time.The average recovery ratio in milk and egg samples could reach 82.99%-98.09%.[Conclu-sion] This study provides a new method for rapid detection of erythromycin, simplifies the detection steps and improves the detection efficien-cy.This new method has broad application prospects.
