北五味子“红珍珠”组织培养研究
Tissue Culture Research of Schisandra chinensis ‘Red Pearl’
摘要
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to obtain the suitable tissue culture method for Schisandra chinensis‘Red pearl’ .[ Method] The effects of different explants and hormones on the induction, differentiation and rooting of tissue culture were studied.[ Result] With spring shoots as explants, the differentiation culture medium was 1/2MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.01 mg/L +ZT 0.1 mg/L.1/2MS+IAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 2.0 mg/L had better rooting effect, which was conducive to the growth of root system of Schisandra chinensis‘Red pearl’.[Conclu-sion] The suitable tissue culture formula of Schisandra chinensis‘Red pearl’ is selected, which can provide the technical support for large-scale breeding.关键词
