Effects of Different Cultivation Conditions on Nutrient Content of Water Celery
摘要
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to study effects of different cultivation conditions on the nutrient content of water celery, to provide refer-ence for improvement and optimization of water celery cultivation technique.[Method] The nutrient content such as carotenoids, dietary fiber, total sugar, flavonoids, vitamin C in edible parts of water celery under different cultivation conditions and fertilization was compared .[ Result] Different cultivation conditions had significant effects on the nutrient contents of water celery .Soilless culture was better than soil and hydroponic cultures, the fertilization scheme of urea(60 kg/hm2 )+potassium sulfate(45 kg/hm2 ) and urea(75 kg/hm2 ) +potassium sulfate(60 kg/hm2 ) had better effect, the advantage of bacterial manure was not obvious in the short term.[Conclusion] The study finds a kind of high quality and high yield cultivation method for water celery .关键词
