元荡湖水域后生浮游动物群落特征与水质评价
Features of Metazoan Zooplankton and Water Quality Assessment in Yuandang Lake Area

Abstract
Objective] The aim was to study community features of metazoan zooplankton in Yuandang Lake area and evaluate its water quality. [Method] The species, existing quantity, biological diversity of metazoan zooplankton in Yuandang Lake area was investigated in 2013. [Result] There were 20 species of metazoan zooplankton in the lake, belonging to 11 genera, including 11 species of rotifer ,6 species of cladocera and 3 species of copepoda. The dominant species were Brachionus calyciflorus, Brachionus diversicornis, Notholon labis , Asplanchna brightwel, Dicran-ophorus caudatas, Moina micrura, Bosmina longirostris, Bosmina coregoni , Calanus sinicus, Paracyclops fimbriatus and Onychocamptus moham-med. The statistics indicated that the highest density of metazoan zooplankton was in autumn (184. 7 ind/L). The highest biomass was in spring (1. 193 mg/L). [Conclusion] Based on the Shannon-Wiener index, the B/T index of rotifer, the E/O index of metazoan zooplankton and the species sensitive to eutrophication, biological assessment of water quality suggested that the Yuandang Lake area is on mid-eutrophication.关键词
