口蹄疫病毒诱导PK-15细胞发生自噬的研究
Foot and Mouth Disease Virus Induced Autophagy in PK-15 Cells
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore whether Asia1 type foot and mouth disease virus (FMDV) induces autophagy in PK-15 cells, and whether autophagy has effect on FMDV replication. [Method] PK-15 cells were infected with FMDV after treating with autophagy inhibitor 3-MA or not. The induction of autophagy was detected by western blot and confocal laser microscope. [Result] The ratio of autophagy marker LC3-Ⅱand LC3-Ⅰprotein levels was up-regulated, and LC3 fluorescent gathered phenomenon was observed. Furthermore, the capside protein of FMDV increased in 3-MA treated cells. [Conclusion] FMDV induces autophagy in PK-15 cells, and the autophagy promotes the replication of FMDV.关键词
