摘要

Abstract

Objective] To comparatively study on level of peripheral blood lymphocytes, cytokines, and immunoglobulins ( Ig) in mice infec-ted with the epidemic serotypes Haemophilus parasuis in China. [Method] 72 mice were subdivided into four groups, group serotypes 4, 5, 12, and PBS (control group), and were injected intraperitoneally with Haemophilus parasuis serotypes 4, 5, 12, and PBS. T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes, cytokines, and Ig were detected. [ Result] The number of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes in mice on 3 days after infection with Haemophilus parasuis, and gradually decreased as increasing time. But gradually increased in the level of IgG, IFN-γ, and IL-10, and gradually decreased in the level of IgA, IgM, and IgE. The Th1/Th2 level was gradually increased as increasing time, and significantly higher than the control group. However, there were no significant differences between different serotypes Haemophilus parasuis in the level of T lym-phocytes and B lymphocytes, IgA, IgM, IgE, IFN-γ, IL-10, and Th1/Th2, but the level of IgG in group serotypes 4 and 5 were significantly higher than group serotypes 12. [Conclusion] There were no significant differences in the level of peripheral blood lymphocytes, cytokines, and Ig except IgG in mice infected with Haemophilus parasuis serotypes 4, 5, 12 in China.
