Abstract
In order to discuss the relationship among career anxiety, perceived organization support and work satisfaction of migrant workers, migrant workers were randomly selected from the construction sites and private enterprises in Anhui Province. Measurement was carried out by self-rating anxiety survey, job satisfaction survey, survey of perceived organizational support. Results showed that career anxiety of migrant workers showed negative correlation with work satisfaction;perceived organization support played the partial intermediary role in the relation-ship of career anxiety and work satisfaction, and showed positive correlation with work satisfaction. Work satisfaction of migrant workers was normal, career anxiety took perceived organization support as the intermediary agent, and had negative prediction function on work satisfaction of migrant workers. The enhancement of perceived organization support and the reduction of work satisfaction level could both enhance the work satisfaction of migrant workers.关键词
