Abstract
Taking Huaian City as an example, we discussed in detail the problems and performance of agricultural waste resources utilization (mainly the straw and manure) in underdeveloped areas. Combining with the actual situation of Huaian City, ideas and countermeasures were put forward on how to solve the problem of agricultural waste resources utilization from the aspects of system construction, product marketization, commercialization and regulation institutionalization. This research aimed to provide references for the research on agricultural wastes resources utilization in underdeveloped areas.关键词
