农民工法律援助现状分析及对策--以南京市为例
Analysis of the Current Situationa nd Countermeasures of Legal aid for Migrant Workers-A Case of Nanjing City
摘要
Abstract
By using the methods of random sampling, overall sampling and typical sampling, questionnaire survey on migrant workers in dif-ferent districts of Nanjing City was carried out.There were several problems in the legal aid work of migrant workers in Nanjing City , such as the confusion of the functions of legal aid institutions, the lack of coordination in departments and the government support, the backward con-struction of talent team.Therefore, we should improve the system of legal aid regulations, clear institutions’ responsibilities, establish depart-mental linkage mechanism, promote government support and protection, expend the sources of funding for aid, and train professional talents. This research aimed to exploring an aid mode with distinctive features of Nanjing City .关键词
