Evidence-Based Medicine Evaluation of Acupuncture Therapy for Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensive collect the clinical research literatures about acupuncture therapy for cerebral hemorrhage from 2010 to 2015, and analyze the status of clinical research on the area of acupuncture therapy for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Searched the VIP Journal Re-sources Integration Platform with computer, retrieved the literatures about acupuncture therapy for cerebral hemorrhage that published from 2010 to 2015 with the subject words of"cerebral hemorrhage"or"cerebral haemorrhage","acupuncture"or"acupuncture therapy", screened and incorporat-ed randomized controlled trials of cerebral hemorrhage treated with acupuncture therapy according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and evaluat-ed their qualities. Results:60 papers about acupuncture therapy for cerebral hemorrhage were searched out, including 23 papers of randomized con-trolled trials which accorded with the inclusion and exclusion criteria in recent 5 years, and totally cured 2620 cases of patients, no paper had men-tioned blinded design, and patients who lost to follow-up and their lost reasons were not described in any paper, all of the research literatures were low quality that Jadad scores were 0~2 points. Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy has certain advantages in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, but affir-mative conclusion about its efficacy and safety still cannot be obtained due to the restrictions of quantity and quality of included studies, keep carry-ing out randomized controlled trials with high quality and large sample is very necessary.关键词
