Abstract
Objective:To investigate the perioperative management of elderly patients with intratrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods:78 cases of elderly patients with intratrochanteric fracture of femur were all treated by surgical treatment, fully prepared before operation, close monitoring dur-ing operation, preventing complications such as pressure sores, pulmonary infection, deep venous thrombosis and muscular atrophy after surgery, re-ceived early and correct affected limb and whole body functional rehabilitation exercise, and guided patients early ambulation. Results:78 cases of el-derly patients with intratrochanteric fracture of femur were all recovered and discharged. Conclusion:The operation risk of elderly patients with in-tratrochanteric fracture of femur is huge, while effective perioperative management and intervention guidance can improve efficacy, prevent and re-duce the occurrence of complications.关键词
