张仲景血瘀证的诊断特点与现代中医诊断标准的对比研究

Abstract
Blood stasis pattern is a commonly-seen pattern in TCM clinical practice .The specific symp-toms and diagnosis of blood stasis pattern were recorded in two TCM classics , Treatise on Febrile Diseases ( Shang Han Lun ) and Synopsis of Golden Chamber ( Jin Gui Yao Lüe ) , both written by Zhang Zhongjing , which provided important foundation for clinical research of blood stasis pattern .To provide a clear train of thought about the characteristics of blood stasis pattern described by Zhang Zhongjing , and to study the development and changes of blood stasis pattern diagnosis from Han Dynasty to modern times, this study systematically generalized statements about blood stasis pattern from those two books ac-cording to modern TCM diagnostics , summarizing and analyzing characteristics of blood stasis pattern by Zhang Zhongjing , and compared the diagnosis principles of blood stasis pattern in Treatise on Febrile Dis-eases(Shang Han Lun) and Synopsis of Golden Chamber (Jin Gui Yao Lüe) with reference to modern principles .关键词
