Identifying patterns of warm diseases：a proposed new theoretical sys-tem
摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a new theoretical system for pattern identification of warm diseases , which consists of causal pattern identification and mechanism pattern identification .Mechanism pattern identifi-cation can be further divided into basic mechanism , systematic and symptomatic pattern identification . Basic mechanism of warm diseases arises from conflict ( between healthy and pathogenic qi ) and damage ( to healthy qi ) .Heat is divided into flaming heat and stagnating heat in the former pathogenesis while it is divided into warm heat and damp heat in the latter one .Pattern identification methods such as the De-fense, Qi, Nutrient, and Blood pattern identification and the Triple Energizer pattern identification should be integrated with the basic mechanism and symptomatic pattern identification , so that a more comprehensive theoretical system for pattern identification of warm diseases would be achieved , which would also help its clinical application .关键词
