基于文献计量分析法探讨燥邪的阴阳属性
Literature review on“yin-yang attribute of dryness pathogen”：a biblio-metric analysis

Abstract
Objective To provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of diseases caused by dryness pathogen and to offer a new understanding of “yin-yang attribute of dryness pathogen” in traditional Chi-nese medicine ( TCM) by collecting and analyzing ancient and modern literature on yin-yang attribute of dryness pathogen using bibliometric methods .Methods After determining search terms and search crite-ria, literature before 1949 was retrieved from the electronic Chinese Medical Classics ( Fifth Edition) , and contemporary literature was collected from the CNKI database and Super Mobile Library to conduct statis-tics analysis.Results There were 36 entries identified in Chinese Medical Classics ( Fifth Edition) and 34 entries from CNKI and Super Mobile Library, in which statements about the “yin-yang attribute of dry-ness pathogen” were varied.Conclusion According to the analysis, the viewpoint of “dryness patho-gen belongs to yin” is better received than the opposite view,“dryness pathogen belongs to yang”, and this study also offers supports for this view .Although the latter view is less popular , it still has clinical value.关键词
