硬通道双针穿刺与传统钻孔置管引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿临床研究

Abstract
Objective To study comparatively the clinical efficacy and safety WanTeFu intracranial hematoma puncture needle puncture and the traditional led tube in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma .Methods Seventy-three patients with chronic subdural hematoma were randomly divided into observation group (WanTeFu intracranial hematoma puncture needle) and control group (catheter drainage) .We compared two groups of surgery and postoperative hospital stay ,complication rate and total effective treatment .Results Compared those in the control group ,the incision was smaller ,operation time and hospi-talization time were shorter ,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05) in the observation group .The complication rate of observation group (13.16% ) was lower than that of control group (37.14% ) .The total effective rate of the observation group 94.74% higher than that of the control group (82.86% )(P<0.05) .Conclusion WanTeFu intracranial hematoma punc-ture needle treatment on chronic subdural hematoma has advantages of small incision ,simple operation and high security ,and can effectively reduce the occurrence rate ,reduce the intraoperative blood loss ,and promote patients recovery process ,so it is worthy of application .关键词
