摘要
Abstract
Objetive To explore the auxiliary therapy effect and mechanism of Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis .Methods Ninety-six cases of acute capillary bronchitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group .In the control group(46 cases)conventional antiviral and symptomatic treatment were used in the period of infection ,while in the treatment group (50 cases) oral Yupingfeng granule was added combined with conventional treatments . The level of cytokines IL-17 and IgE and the contents of trace elements Fe and Zn were detected before and after a week's treat-ment .The duration time of clinical symptom and the days of hospitalization were also compared for the two groups .Results The level of cytokines IL-17 and IgE ,the contents of trace elements Fe and Zn ,the duration time of clinical symptom and the days of hospitalization were significantly different before and after treatment in the two groups .Conclusion Auxiliary therapy of Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of infant bronchiolitis can relieve symptoms ,enhance immune function and suppress in-flammation .关键词
