Abstract
Tetraphenylporphyrin is synthesized by using Alder method and discussed its structural characterization;the tetraphenylporphyrin film was deposited onto the surface of single mode potassium ion(K+)exchanged glass opti⁃cal waveguide(OWG)by spin coating,the OWG sensors were fixed on the gas sensor system to detect volatile organ⁃ic compound gases. The experimental results showed that sensors have high repeatability and selectivity towards lower concentration styrene,xylene,toluene gases at room temperature,wherein tetraphenylporphyrin film has bet⁃ter respond to the xylene gas.关键词
