摘要
Abstract
Summarizes the hopkinson bar calibration uncertainty in the process of MEMS acceleration sensor of high range,error source and effect. Through the experimental equipment of all aspects of the error and uncertainty analysis research,get the uncertainty of experimental equipment was 1.7%,and analyzes the two types of calibra⁃tion results. On the basis of the experiment in laboratory from the research on the calibration of sensor,the sensor sensitivity of reference.关键词
