The Simulation Research on the Mechanism Motion and the Deformation of Vehicle Shell of Vehicle Packing Machine

Abstract
Aiming at the united simulation requirement of mechanism motion and irregular deformation of vehi⁃cle shell related to the working process of vehicle packing machine during the working process simulation of scrap vehicle disassembling line, the characteristics of the working mechanism of vehicle packing machine were analyzed, the difficulties of the simulation of mechanism motion and deformation of vehicle shell were re⁃searched, and two solutions were presented to solve the difficulties of the simulation. Then 3DS Max was chosen to accomplish the simulation after comparison. In this paper, the method of making deformation simulation of ve⁃hicle shell by using morpher was introduced, and the simulation of mechanism motion was accomplished by ap⁃plying the forward and inverse kinematics theories. The co-simulation of the mechanism motion and the deforma⁃tion of vehicle shell of vehicle packing machine were realized at last.关键词
