Abstract
This paper analyzes the daily grind of dispatcher and monitor related business multi⁃level dispatching and monitoring of oper⁃ation ticket system based on united operation pattern. multi⁃level dispatching and monitoring to realize online orders, back orders and fast, accurate generation operations depend on the task, united operation pattern operation ticket system is based on a graphical plat⁃form, through the use of inference engine and on⁃line interaction, it can generate all operation tickets and efficient interactive. It im⁃proves the efficiency of the operation ticket preparation and review, ensures the speed of operation ticket�s circulation, reduces workers's load and pressure, this assures safety and stable operation.关键词
