Robust Collaborative Consensus Algorithm for Economic Dispatch Under Non-ideal Communication Network

Abstract
Considering the influence of transmission delay , noises and dynamically switching topologies in actual communication networks , an robust collaborative consensus algorithm for economic dispatch of non‐ideal communication environment is presented . By introducing a virtual consensus variable , communications among smart units become more flexible as to enhance plug and play adaptability and consensus collaboration under dynamically switching topologies . With the assistance of a consensus gain function , the weakness of consensus‐based algorithm to delays and noises in communication networks is eliminated . Finally , simulation results obtained from IEEE 39‐bus and 118‐bus test networks show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for the consensus economic dispatch of non‐ideal communication network and satisfied optimization results can be obtained while the astringency is ensured .关键词
