Mechanisms and Effects of Milk-Derived Bioactive Peptides on Intestinal Functions of Animals
摘要
Abstract
Milk⁃derived bioactive peptides(MDBPs), small peptides exist in milk, function on a variety of metabolic pathways and physiological process. Studies in recent years found that MDBPs could promote the in⁃testinal absorption, slow down the intestinal oxidative stress symptoms, improve the intestinal microbial envi⁃ronment and enhance the intestinal immunity. This review summarized the mechanisms and the effects of MDB⁃Ps on intestinal functions of animals.关键词
