摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the Gd(III)-based contrast agents are reviewed from four aspects as fol owed:principles, conditions, research progresses and approaches for improving relaxivity. The research progresses in the fields of fluorescent and biological contrast agents are deeply introduced. Moreover, the activity of enzyme, pH and metal ions of biological contrast agents are discussed.
