锥栗主栽农家品种生长与产量性状的变异分析
Variation analysis of growth and yield traits in Castanea henryi cultivars
摘要
Abstract
Variation of growth and yield traits was analyzed among 15 Castanea henryi cultivars for 3 consecutive years. The results showed that traits varied significantly among cultivars, with average coeffcient of variation being 23. 84%. The variations of shoot length and yield per plant were relatively large with the variation coefficient of 36. 57% and 35. 65%, respectively. The basal diameter had significant difference among different cultivars( P≤0.05) , and there were extremely significant differences( P≤0.01) in tree height, shoot length, involucre number per plant, total involucre weight, per nut weight, seed rate and yield per plant. There was a considerable correlation between traits. The highest correlation coefficient was between yield per plant and involucre number per plant (r=0.855). The correlation coefficients of yield per plant to tree height, crown width and per nut weight were 0.458, 0.493 and 0.401, respectively. The 3 excellent cultivars were ‘Chushuhong’ , ‘Wuzhen’ and‘Hongzizhen’ . The results of this study have provided a basis for selection of parents in crossbreeding and genome mapping.关键词
