摘要

Abstract

Carbon content in fly ash is an important economic technical index for operation of coal-fired boiler which can di-rectly reflect combustion efficiency of the boiler. It is helpful to realize combustion optimization of the boiler by online measurement on carbon content in fly ash. Therefore,this paper introduces existing online measurement technology for car-bon content in fly ash for field application at present and analyzes problems need to be further overcome in most widely used online measurement technology for carbon content in fly ash based on microwave method and ignition method. It also intro-duces application basis research of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS)technology which is called future super star of spectrochemical analysis technology in fast and online measurement field about carbon content in fly ash as well as status quo and development trend of industrial application research.On the basis of present research,LIBS,which is called future super star of spectrochemical analysis technolog,is expected to be a new and competitive technology for online measurement of carbon content in fly ash when the reliability is sharply improved in field application.
