摘要

Abstract

In allusion to status quo of high NOx emission concentration of No.2 boiler in one power plant,transformation on selective catalytic reduction (SCR)denitration system is conducted. Due to uneven distribution of NOx concentration at the outlet of reactor after denitration transformation which causes vast ammonia escape and low denitrationefficiency,adjust-ment experiment on ammonia injection grid of the denitration system and performance evaluation after the transformation are both carried out. The main conclusion is summarized as follows that the adjustment experiment on ammonia injection grid gets effect and it is necessary to conduct adjustment experiment on ammonia injection grid regularly so as to prevent air pre-heater blocked caused for reason of vast ammonia escape at the outlet. In addition,under the premise of satisfying re-quirement for environment protection,it should not pursue higher denitration efficiency and consequently reduce denitration cost and risk of causing vast ammonia escape.
