Analysis on Flue Gas Denitration Operation of Heat Recovery Boiler Under Full Conditions in Gas-steam Combined Cycle Power Station

Abstract
NOx emission standard for gas-steam combined cycle generators is more and more serious and domestic generators in service face a problem of increasing selective catalytic reduction (SCR)denitration transform of flue gas in heat recovery boiler based on dry low NOx combustion technology. Chemical engineering simulation function of ASPEN PLUS is used and parameters of flue gas under full conditions of the typical combined cycle generator are combined for simulating SCR den-etration of low concentration NOx flue gas at the entrance of heat recovery boiler. Existing experimental data and running data verifies reasonability of the model and embedded ASPEN PLUS and Excel data volume calculation-analysis functions of VBA are used for analyzing operating parameters affecting denitration efficiency. Results indicate that within full conditions range,the optimal quantitative relative ratio of NH3/NOx ranges from 0.8 to 1.0 and may progressively increases with in-crease of load rate. In allusion to M701F3 generator,it needs not transform measures for flue gas temperature rise for the additional SCR denetration reactor and NOx emission concentration (mass concentration)may be lower than 30 mg/m3 (un-der standard state and when volume fraction of oxygen is 1 5%)which is able to meet the latest emission requirements for en-vironment protection. In allusion to problems of low temperature of flue gas and restriction on denitration efficiency by un-stability of NOx at the time of low load of the generator,boundary curve of NOx mass concentration at the entrance of heat recovery boiler is presented for judging whether flue gas temperature rise measures are necessary.关键词
