基于网格化理念的配电网规划评价模型
Evaluation Model for Power Distribution Network Planning Based on Grid Concept
摘要
Abstract
In order to comprehensively and accurately reflect the actual situation of gridding power distribution network planning,a kind of new evaluation model is constructed for developing multi-dimensional and measurable comprehensive check for the grid.Hierarchy analysis method is used to establish 3D evaluation index and Delphi method is combined to de-termine weight of each index. By means of curve matching,index function is established and gridding evaluation model is built. Finally,financial area of PudongLujiazui core area of Shanghai is selected as an example for verification. In three as-pects including economy,reliability and sustainable development,overall gridding planning is evaluated. Results indicate that the constructed evaluation model is able to comprehensively reflect characteristic factors of the planning scheme and quantitatively describe pros and cons of the planning which may guide related departments to make right decisions.关键词
