微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical outcomes of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2015 were divided into control group and experimental group with randomized controlled method.Control group received traditional craniotomy,while experimental group received minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation.Compared clinical outcomes of two groups.Results Operative time,blood loss and serum concentration of BSE of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in NIHSS and BI scores between two groups before treatment (P＞0.05); NHISS score of experimental group 3 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group (P＜0.05),BI score was significantly higher (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in hematoma,edema volume between two groups before treatment (P＞0.05); hematoma,edema volume of experimental group 3,7,14 days after treatment were significantly less than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation has ideal clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,with relatively small surgical trauma,which should be widely applied.关键词
