摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of CA125,CA153,CA199,and CEA in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 128 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis or lung cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected, including 74 cases of malignant tumor,54 cases of benign lesion.60 persons undergoing medical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as control group.Detected CA125,CA153,CA199,and CEA,observed the change in the levels of the indicators, sensitivity, accuracy and specificity. Results The levels of serum CA125,CA153,CA199,CEA of benign lesion group were slightly higher than those of control group, without statistically significant differences (P>0.05).The levels of serum CA125,CA153,CA199,CEA of malignant tumor group were significantly higher than those of benign lesion group and control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of combined detection of CA125,CA153,CA199,and CEA were significantly better than those of each single detection indicator, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis, and other respiratory tumors, combined detection of CA125,CA 153,CA 199,CEA can improve the detection rate, with a high clinical value.关键词
