加温涡流式冲洗结合VSD在慢性伤口中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of hyperthermia vortexing washing combined with VSD for chronic wounds.Methods 30 patients with chronic wounds were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,15 cases for each group.After cleaning the wounds,the observation group took hyperthermia vortexing washing and VSD and the control group were routinely treated.The wound cleaning time,healing rate,and efficacy,frequency of dressing change,length of hospital stay,and treatment cost were compared between these two groups.Results The wound cleaning time,healing rate,efficacy,frequency of dressing change,length of hospital stay,and treatment cost were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermia vortexing washing combined with VSD in the treatment of chronic wounds is significantly better than routine treatment.关键词
