摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery versus traditional open surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods 87 patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated at our hospital from August,2012 to August,2015 were chosen.43 treated with traditional open surgery were set as a control group and 44 laparoscopic surgery an observation group. The operation effect and complications of these two groups were compared. Results The operation time [(109.53±29.65) min],intraoperative bleeding volume [(35.71 ±20.16) ml],total length of incision [(38.45± 18.52)mm],postoperative exhaust time [(31.26±6.81) h],recovery time of eating food [(37.43±5.82) h],bed time [(20.64±4.22)h],and length of hospital stay[(8.17±1.26) d] in the observaion group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 4.55% in the observation group and 20.93% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors has the advantages of shorter operative time, less trauma, quicker recovery time, and fewer complications, which is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
