Ginkgo dipyridolum injection combined with alprostadil in treatment of patients with PCIV

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ginkgo dipyridolum injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of patients with PCIV.Methods 70 patients with PCIV were randomly divided into an observation group (n=35) and a control group (n=35).The observation group were treated with ginkgo dipyridolum injection and alprostadil and the control group alprostadil.The treatment course was 2 weeks in both groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (94.29％ vs.71.43％,P＜0.05).The posterior circulation blood flow velocities of right and left vertebral arteries were significantly faster after than before the treatment in both groups (P＜0.05) and were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment (P＜0.05).The plasma viscosity,fibrinogen level,and erythrocyle aggregation index were significantly lower after than before the treatment in both groups (P＜0.05) and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).No serious adverse drug reaction occurred in both groups during the treatment course.Conclusions Ginkgo dipyridolum injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of patients with PCIV is effective,safe,and worth being researched.关键词
