Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of motivational interviewing (MI) on compliance behaviors in people who have abnormal health examination results. Methods 58 examinees were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,29 for each group. The control group accepted conventional delayed care while the intervention group accepted designed MI intervention.Three months later, the compliance rate, medical compliance behavior, and satisfaction to delay care service were compared between these two groups. Results After the intervention, the rate compliance, compliance behaviors, satisfaction to delay care service were 80.46%,82.76%,and 100.00% in the intervention group, which were statistically different from those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion MI intervention can help examinees to correct behaviors, improve medical compliance behavior, and increase their satisfaction to the following delay care service.关键词
