Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of breast image and the factors associated with axillary lymph node metastasis.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer undergoing ultrasonography in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2014 were randomly selected as the object of study.Analyzed characteristics of color ultrasound image,observed the specific circumstance of primary lesions,with pathological diagnosis of patients as the standard,analyzed related factors of axillary lymph node metastasis.Results The largest diameter of primary lesions,blood flow rich degree,the number of tumors,and calcified lesions had great relationship with axillary lymph node metastasis;tumor with calcified lesions,multiple or diffuse tumor,tumor with grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ rich degree of blood flow were prone to the phenomenon of axillary lymph node metastasis,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The multivariate analysis showed that relative risk of calcified lesions for axillary lymph node metastasis was relatively low,only 0.947;but relative risk of blood flow rich degree for axillary lymph node metastasis was relatively high,reaching to 8.211.Conclusion Preoperative ultrasonography for breast cancer patients can accurately understand specific circumstance of lymph node,the diameter of primary lesion,and blood flow imaging,which provides safe and reliable criteria for surgical treatment,helps to improve the treatment effect of breast cancer,has good clinical application value.关键词
