Abstract
Objective To study clinical effect of eddy injection combined with bleomycin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods 132 cases of malignant pleural effusion in our hospital during January 2010 and December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group received traditional treatment of malignant pleural effusion,while observation group received eddy injection combined with bleomycin therapy.Observed and compared the clinical curative effect,the quality of life and the rate of adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment between two groups.Results ① The treatment efficiency of observation group was as high as 77.6％,significantly higher than 55.4％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).② After treatment,KPS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group [(80.0±6.5) vs.(72.5±5.8)],and after a period of treatment,the improvement rate of life quality was significantly higher than that of control group (74.6％ vs.49.2％),and the deterioration rate of life quality was significantly lower than that of control group (4.5％ vs.15.4％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).(③ Compared with control group,observation group had a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions in the process of treatment,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of eddy injection combined with bleomycin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is remarkable,with good security,which also can obviously improve patients' quality of life,and is worth further popularization and application in clinical.关键词
