Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and the quality of ulcer healing of rabeprazole in the treatment of adult active gastric ulcer.Methods 124 adult patients with active gastric ulcer in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into treatment group (63 cases) and control group (61 cases) according to the order of admission.Treatment group was treated with rabeprazole,while control group was treated with omeprazole.After treatment,compared and evaluated the treatment effect and the quality of ulcer healing in two groups in accordance with endoscopic ulcer recovery,clinical symptoms,and gastric mucosal histology.Recorded adverse reactions in two groups,and observed the safety of the drug.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.06％,with statistically significant difference compared with that of control group (83.61％) (P＜0.05).Clinical manifestations of two groups were abdominal pain,heartburn,abdominal distension,acid reflux and other symptoms;after treatment,the symptom scores of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the scores of gastric mucosal histology of treatment group were better than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was 7.94％,without statistically significant difference compared with that of control group (6.56％) (P＞0.05),the clinical use of drugs was safe.Conclusions The clinical effect of rabeprazole was superior to omeprazole in the treatment of adult active gastric ulcer.At the same time,in relieving clinical symptoms,promoting ulcer inflammation resolution,promoting the rapid recovery of gastric mucosa,the effect is better.Rabeprazole can significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing,it is worth promoting in clinical application.关键词
