综合镇静护理在脑瘫患儿磁共振检查中的应用
The application of integrated sedation care in children with cerebral palsy undergoing MRI

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated sedation care in children with cerebral palsy undergoing MRI.Methods 80 children with cerebral palsy undergoing MRI in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,children in control group received routine care,children in experimental group received integrated sedation care on the basis.Compared the distribution of the time from chloral hydrate intervention to falling in sleep,inspection completion status and family satisfaction of two groups.Results The rate of falling in sleep within 20 min of experimental group (72.50％)was significantly higher than that of control group (37.50％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.01);the rate of falling in sleep within 1 h (22.50％) was significantly lower than that of control group (42.50％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The once positioning check success rate of experimental group (75.00％) was significantly higher than that of control group (50.00％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The family satisfaction of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion Integrated sedation care has significant application effect in children with cerebral palsy undergoing MRI,which can improve satisfaction,with reference.关键词
