摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patients with acute heart failure.Methods 80 patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method,and divided into study group (n=40) and control group (n=40)according to nursing methods.Control group was given routine care,while study group was given clinical nursing path.Then health education reaching the standard condition,the nursing satisfaction,the length of stay and hospital cost,readmission,＞2 times readmission,and mortality situation of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The rate of health education reaching the standard and nursing satisfaction of study group were significantly higher (P＜0.05),the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter (P＜0.05),the hospital cost was significantly lower (P＜0.05),the readmission rate,＞2 times readmission rate and mortality rate were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path has good clinical effect in patients with acute heart failure.关键词
