Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of homemade improved small catheter drainage ofpleural effusion with targeted nursing on the efficacy and nursing satisfaction.Methods 94 cases of pleural effusion in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016 were selected in the study,and randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group adopted homemade improved small catheter drainage with targeted nursing,while control group adopted traditional thoracentesis with routine care.Compared the volume of drainage of pleural effusion,pleural effusion disappearance time,hospital stay,hospital costs,the incidence of complications,patients' nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results The volume of drainage of pleural effusion of study group was more than that of control group,pleural effusion disappearance time,hospital stay,hospital costs were all less than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The incidence of pleural thickening,pneumothorax,pleural adhesions parcels,and infection of study group were all lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (95.74％ vs.80.85％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Homemade improved small catheter with targeted nursing can improve the effect of pleural effusion drainage,shorten patients' treatment time,reduce treatment complications and hospitalization expenses,improve patients' nursing satisfaction,with substantial clinical curative effect.关键词
