Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma and its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods 98 patients with endometrial cancer were randomly divided into a control group (n=49) and a study group (n=49).The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery and the control group open surgery.The operation indications,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,and postoperative complications of these two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistical difference in operation time between these two groups (P＞0.05).The time for off-bed activity and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter,the number of lymph lobes clearing during operation was smaller,the intra-operative bleeding volume was lower,the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovered significantly better,and the incidence of complications (12.24％ vs.32.65％) was lower in the study group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial cancer patients is obviously effective and can significantly improve the patients' gastrointestinal function.关键词
