醒脑静联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血患者效果分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone injection for acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH).Methods 130 patients with ACH treated at our hospital from December,2013 to November,2015 were randomly divided into a control group (65 cases) and an observation group (65 cases).Both groups were treated with Xingnaojing injection;in addition,the observation group were treated with edaravone injection.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Results The serum levels ofhs-CRP and IL-6 and CSS score were significantly lower and BI index higher after than before the treatment in both groups and in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The markedly effective rate was 84.61％ in the observation group and 66.15％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Xingnaojing combined with edaravone injection can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of ACH,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve ADL,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
