Abstract
Objective To study the significance of molybdenum target X-ray,ultrasound,and MRI in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with breast cancer treated at our hospital from May,2013 to May,2014 of were collected. The pathological results were set as diagnostic standard. The accuracy of molybdenum target X-ray,ultrasound,and MRI in the early diagnosis of breast cancer was analyzed. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of molybdenum target X-ray was 83.33% (35/42) and that of ultrasound 88.10% (37/42).15 cases were checked with MRI;and the diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI was 86.67% (13/15).The diagnostic coincidence rate the combination of these three was 97.62% (41/42),with no statistical difference not in significance (P > 0.05).There were statistical differences between molybdenum target X or ultrasound and the combination of any two of these three (P < 0.05).Conclusions Early breast cancer in MRI,molybdenum target X-ray,and ultrasound has no typical performance. These three methods are main means to check mammary gland but all three have their own drawbacks. The combination of them can increase the accuracy of the early diagnosis of breast cancer.关键词
