摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of new mode of nursing management in puerperium on the incidence of DVT after caesarean section of high risk pregnancy.Methods The randomized controlled trial was used.240 pregnant women who took caesarean section at Guangdong Women and Children Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Care Center of Zengcheng District,2015 to October,2015 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group undertook new mode of nursing management in puerperium and the control group general puerperium care model.The incidence of DVT were compared between these two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in age and BMI between these two groups (t=-1.787,1.933,P＞0.05).The incidence of DVT was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (1.67％ vs.8.33％,P＜0.05).Conclusions New mode of nursing management in puerperium for women with high risk pregnancy after caesarean section can effectively decrease the incidence of DVT.关键词
