Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of focus-solving nursing intervention on the quality of life, anxiety, and depression in hemodialysis patients. Methods 90 hemodialysis patients treated at our hospital from September,2013 to September,2015 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,45 cases for each group. The control group were routinely cared and the observation group received focus-solving nursing intervention. After nursing intervention, the incidence of complications and the scores of SCL-90 and KDQOL-SF were compared between these two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the incidence of complications was 13.33% in the observation group and was 31.11% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05);the scores of SCL-90 were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the scores of KDQOL-SF between these two groups before intervention (P > 0.05);after intervention, the scores of symptoms, kidney disease, kidney disease burden, work status, cognitive function, social life quality, sexual function, sleep quality, social support, health care, patient satisfaction, and so on were better than before and in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Focus-solving nursing intervention can effectively eliminate the adverse psychological status in patients receiving hemodialysis, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life.关键词
