Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of whole course rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with severe burn.Methods 56 severe burn patients teated at our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The 28 cases of the control group were given routine nursing intervention and the 28 cases of the observation group whole course rehabilitation nursing intervention.The life quality of these two groups were evaluated by the simple burn scale score (BSHS-A).The differences in life quality and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total life quality score was (264.55±33.38)in the control group and was (285.72±29.47) in the the observation group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The somatic function score,psychological function score,social relationship score,and general health score were (67.48±9.22),(65.85±8.65),(67.65±8.76),and (63.62±8.18) in the control group and were (73.36±7.65),(73.66±7.44),(75.33±6.84),and (68.34±7.83) in the observation group,with statistical differences (P ＜0.05).The treatment compliance was 89.28％ in the observation group and was 71.43％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Whole course rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment compliance and life quality of patients with severe burn.It has a high clinical value.关键词
